About Me
I’ve spent years working with professionals—leaders, teams, and individuals—helping them navigate challenges, develop leadership skills, and make clear, confident decisions. My coaching is practical, direct, and tailored to what actually works in real-world situations.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all coaching. Some people need space to think, others need a push, and most benefit from a mix of both. My job is to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and help you move forward in a way that makes sense for you.
I’m a straight-talking, results-driven coach with years of experience working with leaders in professional services and beyond. My approach is empathetic but direct—I help you develop the clarity and confidence to take action.
